Terms of Service (ToS) / End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This governs the rules and limitations for using your software.

IwaDigital Terms of Service & EULA

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the license granted by IwaDigital (“Licensor”) to you (“Licensee”) for the use of the software plugin(s) purchased. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

IwaDigital grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on a single WordPress installation (unless otherwise specified in the product documentation).

  • Subscription Product: You are granted a license to use the software for the specified period (e.g., monthly, yearly). Continued use requires a valid, active subscription. If the subscription is cancelled or expires, the license key will become invalid.

  • Lifetime/Single Payment Product (Product ID 2514): You are granted a license to use the software perpetually. The license includes future updates and support for the lifetime of the product, as determined by IwaDigital.

2. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, sell, lease, license, or sublicense the software or your license key to any third party.

  • Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software.

  • Use the same license key on multiple live production websites unless explicitly authorized by a multi-site license.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The software and all intellectual property rights remain the property of IwaDigital. This license grants you the right to use the software, not to own it.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as per the agreed-upon frequency.

  • You authorize IwaDigital (via Razorpay) to automatically charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method until you cancel the subscription.

5. Termination

IwaDigital reserves the right to terminate your license immediately without refund if you breach any part of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

IwaDigital shall not be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the software.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., India].
