IwaDigital Cancellation Policy (For Subscriptions Only)

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

This policy applies only to our recurring subscription product(s).

1. Subscription Term and Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of its billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel it.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription mandate at any time:

  • Via Customer Portal: [Link to your planned customer dashboard/portal where they can manage their Razorpay subscription link, if available].

  • Via Email: Send an email to csiwadigital@gmail.com with the subject “Subscription Cancellation Request – [Your Order ID]”.

3. Effect of Cancellation

  • No immediate access loss: Your software will remain active and fully functional until the end of the current paid billing period.

  • No further charges: You will not be charged for the next renewal cycle.

  • License Deactivation: Once the current paid period expires, your license key will automatically become inactive, and you will no longer receive updates or support.

4. Failed Renewals

If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay will attempt to process the payment several times. If the attempts are unsuccessful, the subscription will be marked as “Expired” or “Cancelled,” and your license will be deactivated.
