IwaDigital Delivery Policy (Digital Goods)

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

This policy outlines the delivery process for software products purchased from IwaDigital.

1. Digital Delivery

All products sold by IwaDigital are digital software files (WordPress Plugins) delivered electronically. No physical shipping is involved.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Immediate Delivery: Upon successful payment confirmation via Razorpay (which typically occurs instantly), your software license key and a download link to the plugin file will be delivered immediately.

  • Delivery Method: The license key and download instructions will be sent to the email address provided during checkout (csiwadigital@gmail.com). They will also be displayed on the final “Subscription Status” page.

3. Non-Receipt of Email

If you do not receive the email delivery within 10 minutes of a successful payment:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder.

  2. Contact support immediately at csiwadigital@gmail.com with your Order ID. We will verify your payment and manually resend the license details.
