IwaDigital Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

We value customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. General Conditions

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on both our subscription and single payment (lifetime) products.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A full refund will be granted if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • You provide a reasonable explanation for why the software did not meet your expectations or if you encountered an irrecoverable technical issue that our support team could not resolve.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refund (No Refunds After 14 Days)

  • After 14 days: Refunds will not be granted after the 14-day window for initial purchases.

  • Subscription Renewals: Refunds are not provided for recurring subscription renewal payments. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel their subscription before the renewal date. We will send email notifications prior to renewal.

  • Change of Mind: While we accept the 14-day policy, repeated or fraudulent refund requests will be declined.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must email csiwadigital@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. Order ID.

  2. Date of Purchase.

  3. Registered Email (send request with same email id which was used at time of placing order).
  4. The reason for the refund request.

Upon approval, the refund will be processed through Razorpay, and the funds should appear in your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The associated license key will be immediately deactivated upon refund approval.
